Delete Your Ludo Game Account
Account Deletion Request
Users of Ludo Game can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Method 1: Delete from the Application
- Open Ludo Game.
- Sign in to your account.
- Open your Profile or Settings section.
- Select the Delete Account option.
- Review the confirmation message.
- Confirm your account deletion request.
Method 2: Request by Email
If you cannot access the application, send an account deletion request to:
Use the subject: Ludo Game Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address associated with your Ludo Game account so that we can identify the account. Never send your Google password.
What Will Be Deleted?
Where applicable, account deletion will remove:
- Ludo Game account and profile information.
- Associated authentication records.
- Stored account email and display name.
- Profile image and account preferences.
- Game progress, scores, and achievements.
- Virtual coin balances and related account records.
- Friends, social information, and chat records.
The list above applies only to information that your application actually stores and controls.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days.
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law or where necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Information that must be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution may be retained for the period required for that purpose.
Important Information
Deleting your Ludo Game account does not delete your Google Account. You must manage your Google Account separately through Google.
